Chief Executive Officer Lisa was a REALTOR® member of DERA for 12 years and served on many committees during that time. She was an Ambassador, Marketing Meeting Facilitator, Metrolist Director and past president of the Association. In October of 2009, Lisa became CEO of DERA and is working hard to make it the best Association possible! She has lived in Castle Rock for 17 years, and she and her husband Jim are the proud parents of three great kids, and one beautiful grandson, Noah! |

Membership & Accounting Services A Colorado native and 22-year resident of Castle Rock, Laura is DERA’s membership and Accounting Services Director. She became part of the DERA family in January of 2010, and she is always willing to help you with a friendly smile, a positive attitude, and most of all, a wealth of knowledge. She loves riding her bike on beautiful Colorado days and hanging out with her two sons. |

Communications & Education Services The newest member of the DERA family, Alicia handles Communications and Education services. Alicia has lived in the Denver area since 1993 and is a Colorado native. She and her husband, Russ, have been married for 15 years. Her interests are photography, graphic design, and she has a big heart for animals – especially dogs. She brings with her a background in the mortgage industry, so her knowledge and familiarity with real estate greatly benefits DERA’s members. |
