New Member Class Requirements

The Orientation and GRI Ethical and Professional Practices Course must be completed within 90 days of receipt of your membership application. The Orientation Course is free of charge and will inform you about your local, state and national Associations , and how to get the most out of your membership.

The Ethics course is six hours of continuing education credit and can be applied towards the National Association of REALTORS® Ethics requirement as well as towards the 12 elective hours of continuing education required by the Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA).
