The Dues amounts listed above apply to applicants who have never been a member of a REALTOR® Association, or who have not paid dues to another Association during the past year.
If you are transferring from another Association, please give us a call so that we can calculate your dues.

Why become a member of DERA?
As a real estate licensee, you become a REALTOR® simply by joining a REALTOR® organization like the Douglas Elbert REALTOR® Association and pledging to uphold the Code of Ethics of the National Association of REALTORS®. Your local dues are $195.00 per year, $16.25 per month which equates to about one medium latte a week. Pretty inexpensive for the benefits your Association offers. When combined with mandatory State and National Association dues, the annual total is $495.00.
