EDUCATION DESCRIPTIONS

CREC Commission Update (Feb 22, May 20, Nov 19, Dec 19)
This course, required by the Colorado Real Estate Commission, will discuss the changes in the contract for the upcoming year. Two different courses of the CREC course must be taken twice within your three-year licensing period.

Ethical & Professional Practices of REALTORS® - GRI (Feb 7, May 15, Aug 12, Nov 18)
You voluntarily became a REALTOR®. As a part of this smart career decision, you are required to abide by a National Code of Ethics. NAR requires that you brush up on the Code every four years. In addition, this course is required to earn the GRI Designation and for all new REALTOR® members.

Ethics Review - NAR (May 20, Aug 19, Sep 12, Nov 12)
This course provides a basic review of the REALTOR® Code of Ethics. This course satisfies the NAR mandatory requirement for membership renewal. This course must be taken by the end of 2008 if you have not taken it in 2005 or later.

Becoming More Than a Tour Guide: Working Successfully with Buyers - GRI (Oct 2)

Water: Colorado’s 21st Century Gold - GRI (Dec 9)
